Mechanical Design & CAD Modeling

The foundation of every project. We specialize in Design for Manufacture (DfM), ensuring that your concepts are not only beautiful but can be built efficiently and cost-effectively.

  • 3D CAD Modeling: Complex assembly design and part optimization.

  • Photorealistic Rendering: High-fidelity visuals for investors, marketing, and internal reviews.

  • Technical Drawing: Full 2D manufacturing drawings.

Multi-Axis CNC Machining

With our in-house 4-axis CNC capability, we can produce precision parts in engineering-grade plastics and non-ferrous metals.

  • 3 & 4 Axis Milling: Machining for both complex geometries as well as simpler parts.

  • Materials: Aluminum (6061/7075), Brass, Copper, Delrin (Acetal), and Engineering Plastics.

  • Precision: Tolerances held to <0.1mm for functional mechanical assemblies.

    *(CNC Parts are limited to: 300x200x130mm for 3-Axis, 200mm x 92mm Diameter for 4-Axis)

Rapid Prototyping & Additive Manufacturing

Utilizing high-speed, multi-material FDM printers, we offer:

  • Multi-Material Printing: Combining rigid and flexible materials (e.g., TPU seals on rigid housings) in a single print.

  • Technical Filaments: PA-CF (Carbon Fiber Nylon), Polycarbonate, and PETG for functional, end-use testing.

  • Rapid Iteration: Quick turnarounds available for "Form & Fit" verification.

Laser Engraving

We add a professional finish to every part, ensuring your components meet industry standards for traceability and branding.

  • Permanent Part Marking: Serial numbers, QR codes, and SKU engraving.

  • Custom UI & Panels: Precision etching for dials, scales, and control interfaces.

  • Branding: High-resolution logo engraving on metal or plastic components.
